He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from MIT Manipal. He is a seasoned leader with over 34 years of experience in project execution and construction in the steel industry. In his last role, he served as Chief Project & Construction at Tata Steel Meramandali and Chief Construction at Tata Steel Long Products. In this dual leadership role at Tata Steel Ltd., He has played a pivotal role in executing a diverse array of high-value projects across the Tata Steel ecosystem. Before Tata Steel, Mr. Singh held leadership roles at Essar Steel (now AMINS), where he managed the complete execution of a 3 MTPA CSP mill and tunnel furnace project. Prior to that, he worked with Ispat Industries (now JSW Dolvi), where he was involved in project execution and O&M of a similar capacity mill. During his early career, he worked at H&K Rolling Mill Engineers and Mukand Ltd., where he worked in design, engineering, modernization, and project management for major steel plant systems. He is married to Veena Singh, and they are blessed with two children. Their daughter, Vaishnavi Singh, employed with ITC in Kolkata, and their son, Sourav Singh, a data analytics professional at Kotak Finance.
Mr. Srinivash Singh has 50+ years of experience in the EPC industry and has lead growth and turnaround strategies for companies throughout his career. He has been a pioneer in introducing the single window concept to clients in the construction sector. He is leading JINDALPROJECTS & ENGINEERING. to build a team with a mix of knowledge holders and dynamic individuals to serve the JSPL group’s engineering and construction requirements.
Mr. Singh lead the restructuring of McNally Bharat Engg. during it’s financial crisis and architected it’s bail it out through the NCLT process. He had been the Managing Director at BIL Infratech where he completed projects for Binani Cement and other clients in infrastructure segment.
Mr. Singh started his career in McNally Bharat and in 1995, Mr. Singh assumed the role of Senior Vice President (Projects) at MBE during a challenging period when the company contemplated closing down its project operations due to sustained losses. Through decisive measures and a commitment to revitalizing the division, Mr. Singh successfully turned around the project operations within a year, subsequently earning promotions to Director in the board of the company in 2000 and Managing Director in 2004. Under his guidance, project operations consistently expanded in turnover and profit, reaching over Rs 2000 Crores in 2010.
He holds a MBA from Stanford University, is a qualified Cost Accountant, LLB from BHU and B.Com from Utkal University.

Prior to joining JINDALPROJECTS & ENGINEERING, he was holding the position of Head Finance &Accounts in Tata Steel Limited. He has vast experience over 16 years in Project Management, Merger, Fund Raising, Taxation, Strategical decision making and Financial Reporting.
Leadership Management having Civil Engineering and MBA background with @30 Years of Experience in India and Middle East (UAE, Oman, Qatar) as Chief Operating Officer and other leadership roles in different Indian and Multinational Companies like SREI, L&T, Brookfield, Leighton, Dodsal, etc.
He is the in-charge for entire Angul operation and presently handling more than 3000 shramveers and more than 100 heavy equipment
Arindam Sarkar, BE Civil from Bengal Engineering College with 47 years of experience of handling projects simultaneously in Indian and abroad. Has the experience of designing heavy industrial structures related to Thermal power plants, Steel plants, Process plants etc.
He has a proven record in providing innovative solutions to critical problems in various Civil and Structural problems in the industry. Mr. Sarkar lead Engineering & Construction teams at McNally Bharat, BIL Infratech, Bukaka (Indonesia) and ITD Cementation.
Mr. Ashoke Bose is Master Degree Mechanical Engineer from Jadavpur University. He worked in GRSE, a Ministry of Defence undertaking, up to 1989 in Conveyor Division as Mechanical Designer and Coordinator of various Material Handling Project.
From 1989 to 1994 he served Birla Technical Service, and he was the Key person for Mechanical Engineering designs and Coordination of RHMS project of DSP Modernisation in Durgapur Steel Plant.
After short stay in GEC Alstom he joined McNally Bharat Engg. Co. LTD. In 1996 and served till 2023 and left as President Engineering. In McNally Bharat Mr. Bose worked as Engineering Head of Material Handling of Power Plant Projects, Port Equipment Projects, Sinter Plant & By Product Plant of Steel Plant Projects.
He has vast Knowledge in Design & Engineering and Implementation for over 43 Years in developing products like Stacker Reclaimers, Port Cranes, Material Handling Equipment and Process Design and introducing Process Technology for Ferrous and Non-ferrous application.
Dr Asis Kumar Bhattacharjee, a graduate in Electrical Engineering from REC, Durgapur (1973-78). He served at GRSE for 27 years. He was head of both project (Bulk Material Handling) and ship’s Electrical, Electronics, Communication and Weapon system at Central Design Office (CDO).
He served at Mcnally Bharat Engg co. Ltd as General Manager (Electrical) between 2008 – 2011 followed by Vice President Engineering & Electrical at BIL Infratech LTD between 2011 -2016.
Thereafter Dr. Bhattachajee served at Furnace Fabrica India Ltd. For one year (2016 – 2017) as chief (Electrical and Instrumentation) followed by President Electrical, Instrumentation and Solar Projects at Mcnally Bharat Engineering Company (2017 – 2023).
He joined JINDALPROJECTS & ENGINEERING as Executive Vice President (Engineering) since September 2023.
